New to Texas, Jade Davis has recently joined Coffin Renner after passing the New York State bar. A previous employee of Debevoise & Pimpton, LLP, and a graduate of Tulane University Law School and Boston College, Jade assists the attorneys in the representation of  electric, gas, and water utilities in regulatory proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Railroad Commission of Texas.
