Daniel R. Renner

Dan Renner represents investor-owned natural gas midstream and natural gas distribution companies at the Railroad Commission of Texas and other Texas state agencies including the Comptroller’s Office and General Land Office. His representative experience includes advising our clients on all regulated and non-regulated activities involving gas gathering, processing, storage and transmission, including permitting, pipeline safety compliance and enforcement, NGPA Section 311 rate review, capacity allocation and curtailment issues.  Dan also regularly works with clients on transactions requiring regulatory due diligence as well as asset integration following acquisitions.  He is widely recognized as an advocate who offers our clients a unique understanding and insight into regulatory and political issues impacting the energy industry.
