Ms. Coffin is a founding partner of the law firm of Coffin Renner LLP, which specializes in the representation of electric, gas, and telecommunications utilities before regulatory agencies and the Texas courts. Coffin Renner is certified as a women-owned and operated business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
Ann has held positions at both the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Railroad Commission of Texas. Her practice encompasses a wide range of administrative areas, including utility rate change applications and proceedings for which transactional approval or CCN authority is sought. Ann and her firm are consistently recognized by peers as a leader in the state regulatory and litigation fields and by other organizations, including Chambers USA and U.S. News & World Report.
